Front Mount Intercoolers

A complete list of what's needed for a DIY FMIC install, Off the shelf kits and more

Below is a list of all the parts used in the video including specific sizes and materials, also a link to a pre made kit i found shortly after buying all the bits that i have seen others use.

Tooling

Socket set, Drill and drill bits, Tape measure, Jack and stands, Something to trim your bumper, I used a multi tool and file.


Materials

The cooler (wellycooler) 

3x silicone elbows 90’s size 63mm 

3x alloy 90 degree elbows 63mm 

1x silicone 45 size 63mm 

2x silicone 90, 76-63mm 

Jubilee clips 10x 63mm (70-80)

Jubilee clips 2x 76mm (80-90)

4x 10mm bolts for cooler

A length of Threaded rod (ideally stainless steel)

8 Washers and 4 lock nuts

Metal bar to drill, bend and use mounting Nuts and washers Premade and fabricated intercooler setup

3x silicone elbows 90’s size 63mm

1x silicone 45 size 63mm

I used 1 x 90 & 1 x 45 when doing mine, recommend using 90's if you want to try and retain headlight washers.
