Planning on refreshing your rear subframe bushes, cleaning, painting and more.

Parts and materials used

Wire wheel on grinder

Vice

G clamps

Threaded rod, Nuts & washers

Paint - POR15

If you need a list of part numbers for bushes and bolts head over to the tt project page where you can download the full list along with interactive diagrams.

For my bushes i used the strongflex kit but this is now only available abroad, the powerflex bushes are just as good.

POR 15 Paint

Whilst any paint will provide some degree of protection from rust for a while, no other is as permanent as POR-15. When others have chipped, scratched, flaked, and peeled, POR-15 Rust Preventative Paint will still be preventing rust.
